Parent and Child Throwing Class

Parents bring your kiddies! If we can we will all throw pots on the wheel but if theyre very little we can also do some handbuilding projects as well whilst you get a bit of adult clay time. All abilities welcome but children aged 4 - 12. (The price is per person so please add on however many children - i can fit up to 4 people in the studio). Immerse yourself in the world of wheel throwing pottery. This class teaches you the essentials of working on the pottery wheel, from centering clay to shaping your own creations. You don't need to bring anything, everything is provided for you. After the session you can choose to either have your pottery fired and collect it or come along to a decoration session at a later date to make your pieces extra beautiful by adding glaze, handles, feet and they will be fired ready for collection.
