Shipping Policy

Any pottery products ordered will be shipped and packed as safely and quickly as we can. If your pottery arrives broken we will require images of the packing box and state of your pottery in case it was a shipping issue. Please make sure you provide the correct address details. No refund will be given for human error on your part.
